While Taekwondo is known around the world as one of the most powerful forms of martial arts with its dynamic kicking and hand techniques, students easily learn at their own pace and ability level so they reach their own personal goals.

Adult Taekwondo for ages 13+
Taekwondo develops the whole person. Our program offers excellent Taekwondo instruction - regardless of age or initial ability.
Specifics:
This training system is effective for adults, no matter what the fitness level or age. It teaches the basic fundamentals of self-defense while providing a strong cardiovascular work-out.
The high level of personal challenge also aids in relieving stress and tension.

Cardio kickboxing for ages 15+
Watch your confidence levels skyrocket as you start kicking & punching your way to a new you. With our Cardio Kickboxing program, you will burn fat, tone muscle, increase your endurance and stamina, become more flexible and coordinated, all the while rebuilding your confidence and having fun.
Specifics:
A fun and pulse-pounding alternative to boring exercise! This training system allows you to safely get in shape, using proven kickboxing techniques that will challenge your muscles, getting you fit while you actually have fun working out! And because you're learning real martial arts techniques, there's a dual benefit to your workout that you'll be able to protect yourself should you ever have to.
Teaching Concept
The Cardio Kickboxing system is based on centuries-old martial arts techniques.
Benefits
Cardio Kickboxing burns more fat than traditional martial arts training and most other workout programs, allowing you to effectively burn 500 to 700 calories per workout. You will find energy and power you never thought you had!

Weapons training advanced martial arts for all ages
Learn self-defense with training weapons to build hand-eye coordination and motor skills. We cycle through four traditional weapons along with empty hand technique training.
Specifics:
This training system is available to all Karate America students beyond the Basic program. Students increase their self-defense skills while developing hand-eye coordination.

Krav
Maga for ages 16+
Our Krav Maga classes will not only teach you powerful self-defense but will also get you into tip-top shape. Within just a few classes, you'll already feel more confident in your ability to defend yourself, all while toning your body.
*Not offered at all Karate America locations.
Specifics:
Learn self-defense like the pros. This training system is not a traditional martial arts program. It is designed to quickly teach usable, real-life self-defense based on simple principles and instinctive movements. Krav Maga has been taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies in the USA and abroad.
You will learn how to defend yourself against:
- Common chokes
- Grabs
- Bearhugs
- Weapons (guns, knives and sticks)
- Rape prevention techniques and tactics
- Street fights
- You'll also learn how to spot danger signs and react accordingly to protect yourself.

Get into great shape with a cardiovascular workout that uses heavy bag work and sports conditioning techniques to burn fat and tone muscle better than other forms of exercise.

Will there be other beginners in my class?
- Absolutely. There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always eager to help you get you on your way.
Will you help me with nutritional habits?
- Not only do we cover nutrition tips in class, but you can also schedule a personal appointment with an instructor to cover your specific questions.
Will your classes help me tone up?
- The combination of cardio, resistance training, and proper diet (which we will help you with!) will help you to tone up very quickly.
What will the first class be like?
- You'll want to arrive 10-15 minutes early, and it is best to have your Dobok (uniform) on when you arrive. You will need to remove your socks and shoes before class begins and the instructor will let you know when you may enter the Dojang (training floor). Class will be challenging but FUN!
How many classes per week should I attend?
- We have classes 6 days a week, so the amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule. Most of our members train about 1-3 times per week and see great results.
How many people are in a class?
- Classes will range between 15-30 people. The larger the class, the more instructors there will be to help out.
What are my payment options?
- Choose to pay on a monthly membership for the ultimate membership flexibility or save with our annual memberships.
Do you offer family memberships?
- Yes! Our family memberships are a great option. One or two members pay regular tuition rates, while the third member and beyond can train at a discounted rate.
